At Casa Lala, we're inspired by the Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches, where children are curious, capable little humans, learning happens through exploration, and sometimes the best lesson plans are the ones that happen when we follow the child’s interest.

Our days are full of little adventures, big personalities, lots of laughter, and the occasional mystery stain on our clothes.

We're always looking for fun, extremely caring, joyful and creative humans who love working with children, are eager to learn, aren't afraid to get messy, and know that learning doesn't always happen sitting in a chair.
